Experience Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in the construction industry At least

3-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer

Remaining experience in a

QA/QC role

Experience in

high-rise building projects

will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure

quality of construction work at site level

Implement and maintain

QA/QC policies and procedures

across all stages of the project Assist the

QA/QC Manager

in conducting regular quality audits and inspections Maintain, update, and organize

quality documentation, reports, and records

throughout project execution Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, and project teams

to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions Ensure adherence to

approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

MS Word and MS Excel

Strong knowledge of

construction quality standards, procedures, and documentation

Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
