Job Purpose

To ensure all construction and finishing activities at Urbanrise project sites comply with

defined quality standards, company SOPs, and applicable IS codes

. The role focuses on implementing QA/QC systems, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and driving a strong quality culture on site.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor

QAQC systems

for

high-rise residential apartment projects (MIVAN construction)

. Ensure compliance with

approved drawings, MIVAN formwork standards, specifications, and IS codes

. Conduct quality inspections for

RCC, MIVAN shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry (where applicable), plastering/finishing, waterproofing, and finishing works

. Monitor and approve

materials, test results, cube tests, and quality records

. Coordinate with

execution, planning, consultants, and contractors

to resolve quality issues. Prepare and maintain

QAQC documents

, ITPs, checklists, method statements, and inspection reports. Identify

non-conformances (NCRs)

and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. Ensure quality compliance during

floor cycle execution and finishing stages

. Support

internal audits, snag closure, and project handover

. Guide and mentor junior QAQC engineers and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

6-9 years

of QAQC experience in

high-rise residential apartment projects

Mandatory experience in MIVAN / aluminium formwork construction

Strong knowledge of

RCC, MIVAN systems, finishing, and waterproofing

Sound knowledge of

IS codes and quality standards

Proficiency in

MS Office

and QAQC documentation

Preferred Skills

Experience in

high-rise apartment handover and quality audits

Ability to manage quality across

fast-track MIVAN projects

Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
