Position: QA, QC Engineer
Reporting to: QA-QC Lead.
Function: QAQC
Number of reportees: - Nil
Educational Qualification: - Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Degree in Civil Engineering
Work experience (in years): - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for building construction projects
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: -Conduct pre, during, and post-execution inspections for RCC works, including PT works. Ensure compliance during concrete pouring, curing, cube casting, and testing. Inspect and control quality of finishing work such as:

? Blockwork / AAC masonry
? Internal and external plaster
? Flooring (tiles, marble, granite, wooden flooring)
? Painting and facade finishes
? Waterproofing, Cladding, Glazing, Sealants etc.Do quality checks for MEP works (electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, BMS). Should have knowledge of Fabrication Works (Testing and Documentation). Verify samples and approved materials for MEP and facade works. Carry out incoming material inspections as per approved material submittals and IMTP. Coordinate and witness on-site and third-party laboratory testing for various materials Conduct regular site inspections and raise:

? Quality Observation Reports (QORs)
? Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Deshuttering Report etc.Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure with evidence, as required for ISO audits. Maintain and update IMS records, including:

? Test reports and calibration records
. Concrete Cube Register
. Steel Register
. NCR Register
. MTC & MTR File etcEnsure proper document control and traceability in line with ISO requirements. Should submit Weekly Quality Report and Monthly Quality Report.


Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have - Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-Strong knowledge of RCC construction practices and finishing standards Working knowledge of MEP and facade Works Understanding of IS codes, international codes quality standards, and construction best practices Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills Effective communication and cross-functional coordination * Conduct Store Audit and Site Audit.
