\xef\x83\x98 Inspection of received samples and identifies the in-coming samples and segregates to different groups as per the testing requirement. Communicate to shift in charge for abnormal samples or non-receipt of samples.
\xef\x83\x98 Inspection of received finished product samples, distribution of finished product sample to the different sections of the laboratory. Analysis of finished product and carry out the complete analysis as per contractual methods and specifications and ensure effective sample management.
\xef\x83\x98 Carry out required tests as per provided standard test methods.
\xef\x83\x98 Detect exceptions or deviations in test results and report to Shift In charge immediately.
\xef\x83\x98 Actions/ communication on re sampling and/ or re testing
\xef\x83\x98 Special sample collection as per requirement.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform on-spot mitigation in emergency under the guidance of the Shift in Charge.
\xef\x83\x98 Dispose leftover samples safely and co-ordinate with plant / other agencies for further actions.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure timely entry of test results in LIMS.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure availability of analytical gears (instrument/equipment/glassware etc.) by cleaning and maintaining them for next experiment / test.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintain good housekeeping in lab
\xef\x83\x98 Retention of finished product samples.
\xef\x83\x98 Checking / Validation of results entries by analyst in the team as per need.
\xef\x83\x98 Data Management
\xef\x83\x98 Prepare lab test reports, Maintain product raw data sheet, co-ordination with other sections of lab for finished product sample analysis and reporting results in LIMS.
\xef\x83\x98 HSE and other regulatory compliance
\xef\x83\x98 Follow applicable HSEF procedures/ practices
\xef\x83\x98 Stay aware of environmental, site, statutory, IP regulations
\xef\x83\x98 Handle chemicals and tools as per safety norms
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping.
\xef\x83\x98 Report unsafe act / unsafe condition to Shift In charge / lab management for necessary correction.
\xef\x83\x98 Learning and mentoring
\xef\x83\x98 Master all tools and methodologies relevant to the QA/QC discipline
\xef\x83\x98 Self-initiative for training to enhance competencies
