Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC standards for Scan to BIM workflows. Review point cloud data and ensure accurate alignment with BIM models. Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D models for geometry, LOD, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Create and maintain QA/QC checklists, templates, and documentation. Provide feedback to modeling teams and support continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, BIM coordinators, and scan technicians to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency. Lead or support internal audits and quality reviews. Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices for Scan to BIM. Manage documentation and reporting related to quality assurance and control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in BIM, with at least 2+ years focused on Scan to BIM and QA/QC roles. Strong knowledge of point cloud processing, modeling techniques, and BIM standards Proficiency with relevant software such as

Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Recap, Register 360, or similar tools

. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
