Conduct chemical analysis of limestone, calcined lime, petcoke, and other raw materials
Perform lime quality tests including slaking temperature, slaking time, density, and LOI (Loss on Ignition)
Carry out moisture testing and volatile matter analysis
Fuel & Petcoke Testing
Perform CV (Calorific Value) testing using Bomb Calorimeter
Conduct Petcoke analysis including VM, moisture, ash content, and fixed carbon
Process Support & Coordination
Support production and process teams with lab data for process control and troubleshooting
Share analysis results to optimize kiln performance and product quality
Assist in identifying quality deviations and corrective actions
Laboratory Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate records, test reports, and laboratory documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols
Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience & Industry Background
3-4 years of experience in laboratory operations Experience in cement or lime manufacturing industry preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of lime chemistry and calcination processes Hands-on experience in slaking tests, LOI, and fuel analysis Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as muffle furnace, slaking apparatus, bomb calorimeter, and moisture analyzer Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams
