We are looking a candidate with 10-15 years experience in
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. Candidates with Construction company experience only will be considered.
Key roles and responsibilities
Quality management system development:
Create and maintain the overall quality management system, including developing project-specific quality plans and procedures.
Site monitoring and control:
Conduct regular construction site inspections and audits to ensure work complies with project standards, codes, and specifications.
Documentation and reporting:
Manage all quality-related documentation, prepare reports, maintain records of inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Problem resolution:
Identify and address quality issues promptly by implementing corrective and preventative actions and managing non-conformances.
Coordination and communication:
Liaise with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients on all quality-related issues.
Material and testing oversight:
Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and ensure that all necessary quality tests are performed correctly.
Training and compliance:
Train site staff on quality assurance standards and best practices, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Risk management:
Conduct risk assessments related to quality and safety on construction sites and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
