Preparation of documents as per project requirements.( QAP, WPS-PQR-WPQ,Dimension reports). Sound knowledge required for SOP Preparation, WPS establishment and welder qualification. Able to perform inspection of components as per required QAP, sound knowledge required for different inspection procedures like levelling, alignment, orientation , assembly, NDT activity - UT, RT, PT, MT, VT, SR, Hydro test , Pneumatic test. Having knowledge of different materials basic and alloy grades. Able to handle client for different projects. Capability to handle client compliances. Able to understand jobs with respect to drawing(2D/3D). Job inspection capability. Managed all the quality activities and prepared related documentation. Having managerial qualities.
Mandatory:-

ASNT NDT Level 2 will be preferred (Sound knowledge required in NDT Process like UT, RT, MT, PT,VT)

B. E (Mech.)- more than 10 years of experience in fabrication industries.

Diploma (Mech.)- more than 12 years of experience in fabrication industries.

Preferable:

Candidate having knowledge of working in heavy and medium structures like columns, beams, trestle towers, bracings and pressure parts and heat exchangers experience required.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
