Job description:

Product quality and microbiology testing of fishmeal and fish oil samples-Protein, TVBN, Moisture, Fat, FFA - Manual and NIR tests

Good knowledge on HACCP implementation

Exposure to Audits and implementation of Corrective Actions

Export document preparation

Location - Plant near Kunnamkulam

Shall work in night shift.

Qualification:

Degree in Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Food Science

Male candidates from nearby locality is preferred
