Job Description

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and systems for all project phases (design, procurement, construction, and handover). Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure quality requirements are incorporated. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is being carried out as per approved plans, standards, and quality benchmarks. Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance. Coordinate material testing and inspection of delivered materials to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), material approvals, and quality reports. Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Participate in internal and external audits. Work with consultants, clients, and authorities on quality-related matters and project handovers. Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and quality control checklists. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in real estate and construction projects. In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, local codes, etc.) and construction methodologies. Strong understanding of project documentation, shop drawings, and construction specs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software/tools. Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, PMP, LEED, or similar) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
