Quality Assurance System Development

: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and client standards.

Site Quality Audits

: Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Non-Compliance Management

: Manage non-compliance issues, including documentation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

Supplier and Material Inspection

: Inspect and approve incoming materials and supplier quality to ensure consistency with project specifications.

Reporting and Documentation

: Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain documentation for compliance audits and internal use.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

Experience

: 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the real estate or construction industry, specifically in residential projects.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced certifications in Quality Management Systems Proficiency in construction industry software
