Role Overview

As a

QA/QC Trainee Executive

, you will gain hands-on experience in both quality assurance and quality control functions. This entry-level role is designed to provide exposure to testing, documentation, and regulatory processes, offering a strong foundation for a long-term career in the nutraceutical, food and pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Help in preparing and maintaining QA documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and compliance logs, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Learn to operate laboratory instruments (HPLC, TLC, UV) and maintain calibration records. Participate in inspections, audits and compliance activities. Work closely with production, QC, and R&D teams to understand quality requirements and contribute to maintaining product standards. Develop practical knowledge of GMP, GLP, and nutraceutical quality systems while building analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field. Freshers or up to 12 months of QA/QC experience in Pharma, Food, or Nutraceuticals. Basic knowledge of lab techniques and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
