Quality Assurance & Compliance

Implement, monitor, and maintain

BRCGS Food Safety System

requirements on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI, BRCGS, GMP, GHP, HACCP

, and internal quality standards. Assist in preparation, coordination, and closure of

BRCGS audits

, customer audits, and regulatory inspections. Maintain and update

QMS documents

, SOPs, work instructions, and records as per BRCGS clauses.
Quality Control & Production Monitoring

Conduct

raw material inspection

(peanuts, oils, additives, packaging materials). Monitor

critical control points (CCPs)

and

operational PRPs

during roasting, grinding, mixing, filling, and packing. Ensure adherence to

process parameters

, product specifications, and batch records. Perform

in-process and finished product checks

(texture, flavour, weight, seal integrity, coding, shelf-life).
Food Safety & Hygiene

Monitor

personal hygiene, plant sanitation, pest control, and allergen management

(peanut-specific controls). Ensure effective

cleaning and sanitation (CIP/COP)

verification. Conduct

food safety training

for shop-floor staff and maintain training records.
Documentation & Records (Maintain and verify records for) :

Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) Control samples / retention samples records (batch-wise, SKU-wise, storage conditions, retention period, and disposal records) Cleaning & sanitation logs Metal detector / sieve / magnet checks Traceability & mass balance Calibration & verification logs Support mock recalls, traceability exercises, and corrective actions.
Non-Conformance & CAPA

Identify non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints. Perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

. Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and report trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
