Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Executive with experience in operating Gas Chromatograph, dimension measurement, calibration, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products by conducting tests and inspections using Gas Chromatograph and other dimension measurement equipment, as well as maintaining the calibration of equipment and implementing quality management systems.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain Gas Chromatograph equipment

- Conduct dimension measurements using various equipment

- Perform calibration of equipment and maintain records

- Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system

- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality standards

- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues

- Maintain accurate records of test results, calibration, and quality control activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering

- 5-7 years of experience in quality control/assurance

- Experience in operating Gas Chromatograph equipment

- Experience in dimension measurement using various equipment

- Experience in calibration of equipment

- Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 quality management system

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or related quality management system is a plus
