Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished flour products.
Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis as per industry standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.).
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Prepare and maintain quality control records, test reports, and certificates of analysis.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Train production staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or customers.
Ensure proper storage and handling of samples and chemicals in the lab.
