Description \xe2\x80\x93 QA/QC Engineer-Valves Industry Experience- 03-08 yrs Location - Pune , CHakan Skills - ball valve, check valve, global valve, gate valve, gauge valve Roles and Responsibilities v Should handle all quality department activities independently with subordinates. v Preparation of QAP/ITP for customer requirement. v Handle the customer complaints. v Knowledge of various codes like ASTM, ASME, API etc. v NDT level-2 certified in RT/PT/DP v Awareness regarding the supplier development/evaluation/audits v Preparation of SOP and work instruction v Should be responsible for MR activities independently. v Should be aware of all API practices. v Should knowledge in various valve types like ball valve, check valve, global valve, gate valve, gauge valve etc. v Certificate in internal auditor is preferred (ISO 9000:2015) v Handle the calibration activities. v Planning, implementation & control of QA/QC processes. v Review, Monitoring & control of Quality processes (QA/QC). v Suppliers Quality monitoring. v Establishment & implementation of QAPs / ITPs & inspection / testing procedures v Monitoring the achievement of quality plans. v Continual improvement of Quality related processes. v Planning, establishment & implementation of NDT and welding processes. v Pressure and special testing /inspections. v To review NCPs and NCRs in Quality processes.
