URGENT REQUIREMENT OF QA/QC ENGINEER-MEP FOR CHENNAI

Experience - 2+ yrs

Salary- upto 40k per month

Education - B.Tech -Diploma in QA/QC or Mechanical Engg,

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. In-charge for overseeing all MEP QA/QC work.

2.Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates,

calibration, test results, Material & Work inspection requests (MIR & JMS), non-

compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

3.Review the quality of all materials delivered to site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality.

4. Ensure the electrical/mechanical work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

5. Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the electrical/mechanical equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements

6. Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant's design and existing local authority standard.

7. Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

8. Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.

9. Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.

10. Responsible for the preparation of Daily/Weekly and Monthly project progress reports.
