Key Responsibilities



Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation related to pipeline fabrication, erection, and testing. Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Method Statements, and other project-specific QC documents. Carry out inspection of materials, welding, NDT reports, hydro-testing, and other quality-related activities as per project specifications. Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives for inspections and approvals. Monitor welding and fabrication processes, verify WPS/PQR, and ensure compliance with project standards. Ensure testing and commissioning activities are documented and approved by the client. Track and facilitate clearance of all snag/punch points during execution and before project handover. Maintain quality records including material traceability, calibration records, and inspection reports. Provide quality inputs during project execution to ensure compliance with ASME/IS/API or client-specific standards. Support internal and external audits related to QA/QC. Work closely with project, safety, and site teams to ensure alignment with quality and HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Educational Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with

2-3 years

of QA/QC experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with

4-5 years

of QA/QC experience.

Preferred Certification:

NDT Level II certification (RT, UT, MT, PT).

Other Requirements:

Knowledge of Tank Fabrication will be preferred Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and pipeline fabrication standards. Familiarity with codes and standards (ASME, IS, API, OISD, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Good communication and report-writing skills. Experience in EPC projects involving pipelines, tanks, and mechanical systems is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
