Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans

. Conduct inspections and tests on

materials, equipment, and workmanship

at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain

quality records, test reports, and inspection checklists

. Monitor and verify all activities related to

concrete, steel, formwork, finishes, and MEP works

. Coordinate with

consultants/clients for inspections and approvals

. Review and approve

method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals

. Ensure all works comply with

IS codes, international standards, and contractual requirements

. Identify and report

non-conformances (NCRs)

and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Conduct

internal audits, site quality walks, and toolbox talks

for quality awareness. Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper

calibration of equipment and testing of materials

. Assist in preparing

final quality dossiers / handover documentation

. Strong knowledge of

construction quality standards, IS codes, and international specifications

. Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation systems

. Good knowledge of

materials testing procedures and third-party lab coordination

. Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to detect and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil

7-10 years

of QA/QC experience in construction / infrastructure projects. Certification in

ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC, or related training

preferred. Experience in

high-rise buildings, industrial, or infrastructure projects

is desirable.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
