Core Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Plan (PQP) on-site.

Inspections:

Conduct stage-wise inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

Material Testing:

Supervise laboratory testing of raw materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregate) and finished concrete to ensure compliance with IS codes.

Documentation:

Maintain all quality records, including Pour Cards, Checklists, Test Reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Corrective Action:

Identify construction defects, provide technical solutions, and ensure rectification is completed by the site team.

Audit:

Conduct periodic internal quality audits and monitor the calibration of site equipment.

Requirements

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of

IS Codes

(Indian Standards) related to residential construction and civil materials.

Software:

Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Attributes:

High attention to detail, uncompromising stance on quality, and strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
