Quality Assurance

Quality Control

: Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure quality standards are met, conducting regular inspections and tests as needed.

Documentation

: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance and control activities, ensuring easy accessibility and traceability.

Compliance Management

: Ensure all site activities comply with legal regulations and standards, including safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Problem Resolution

: Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions, collaborating with project managers and site engineers to implement solutions.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Revit

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Quality Management Systems Experience in high-rise building projects
