Job Description

As a QA/QC Engineer at Vista Group, you will ensure the highest quality standards in our real estate projects, from material selection through to final handover. Your responsibilities will include designing and enforcing QA/QC workflows, conducting site audits, and mentoring teams to adhere to quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project-specific Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), SOPs, and checklists. Oversee material testing--concrete, steel, soil--and conduct field inspections at multiple stages (reinforcement, formwork, finishes). Document non-conformances, lead root-cause investigations, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: inspection reports, NCR logs, audit records, and monthly quality dashboards. Support internal/external audits; enable continuous improvement via QA process reviews and team training. Collaborate closely with contractors, sub?consultants, and office teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

Education:

BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience considered).

Experience:

5-8 years in QA/QC roles within real estate or construction

Technical Skills:

Proficient in QA/QC systems, MS Office, CAD/AutoCAD, and QC testing/inspection software.

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication--collaborating across site and office teams. Problem-solving aptitude; proactive in identifying and implementing quality improvements. Committed to safety and regulatory compliance.
