Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior QA/QC Engineer

with over

10 years of experience

in residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and compliance with both local regulations and international standards, while managing quality control processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for residential construction projects. Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, specifications, and regulations. Inspect construction processes, materials, and workmanship to identify and rectify defects. Conduct audits and inspections, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control reports. Prepare detailed QA/QC documentation and reports for management and regulatory bodies. Monitor the quality management system and suggest improvements.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with contractors, engineers, and site managers to ensure quality standards are adhered to. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is updated on quality standards and procedures. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and products.

Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement:

Identify potential quality issues and resolve them proactively. Continuously monitor the construction process and suggest areas for improvement in quality management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

10 years of experience

in QA/QC roles within residential construction projects. Strong experience in managing and implementing quality control in large-scale residential developments. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Skills:

Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards under pressure.
