To support our GSC QA function, we are looking for "QA/QC Engineer" for Pune location.
The aim of this function within Global Support Center (GSC) - Pune is to act as the extended arm to BCAG (Switzerland) QA- department for work related to Quality Assurance. Such work is related to either compressor and parts or accessories (mechanical / electrical) and can include:

• Work packages related to QA-Compressors

Such work packages may include the following:
General:

• Review and approval of material including NDE certifications: SAP ZQCA01 Releases of EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 Certificates, Review of EN 10204 2.1 or 2.2 Certificates
• Sales support (spec review, Spec. Wizard, tender ITP preparation)
• Implementation of customer requirements, requirements of classification societies and statutory regulations in inspection & test plans, test instructions and order specifications.
• Compilation of final Q- Documentation, based on individual documents available in SAP, with preparatory work done at BCAG-QA. Initiate printing of CD-Rom & hardcopies (via local print shop) and submittal to customer.
• EOHS: support for Risk assessments (skid packaging, FS, Service Center)
• Audits (ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001)
• Internal Audits at Asia BCx (BCCN, BCKB, BCKR, BCJP, BCSG, BCAE)

Specific to QA-Compressor:

• Preparation of Application sheet and Application for Survey for class submission
• Preparation of inspection templates for each project and link to WBS (PSP) (inspection reports)
• Revision of procedures (KV, MBV, VSB) based on BCAG instructions
• Supplier Quality Engineer for compressor parts, with D&M Supply Chain

You should be graduate in Mechanical engineering with 5+ years of industry experience in the field of quality (quality control/quality assurance) preferably in rotating equipment area. You should have knowledge of Knowledge about working with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, EN Norms, or classification societies DNV-GL, LR, ABS, RINA, BV), destructive / non-destructive material testing, norms and standards (ISO9001, etc.)
