Job Description

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer with at least

3-4 years of hands-on experience

in civil material testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, preparing reports, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining records in compliance with NABL and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing on various civil materials including:

Soil

Steel

Concrete

Mix Design

Coarse Aggregate

Fine Aggregate

Cement

Bitumen

Ensure accuracy and consistency in testing procedures. Prepare detailed and accurate test reports. Maintain and organize all testing data, logs, and documentation. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as per NABL guidelines. Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards. Maintain proper recordkeeping for traceability and reference. Collaborate with the technical team to improve lab efficiency and quality systems.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Minimum

3-4 years of experience

in a material testing laboratory (NABL-accredited preferred). Strong understanding of IS codes and testing standards. Hands-on experience with lab equipment and material testing procedures. Good communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
