Job Title QA/QC Engineer

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible to provide assurance of the quality of product/ services delivered to the customer as per the approved drawing and QAP and to keep a record of the reports regarding the same. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) as per client requirements. Ensure all stage inspection report as per mentioned in QAP. Check and Approve inspection report Ensure inspection release note (IRN) Ensure NCR if material rejection and submit to production department Calibrate all measuring equipment as per requirement Conduct Internal Audit with all department Coordinate with 3rd party inspector as per client requirements.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC.

Knowledge of measuring equipment, Raw material inspection, In-process & final inspection.

Knowledge of preparing different stage inspection report.

Knowledge of ISO 2015:9001 certification.

Knowledge of internal and vendor audit. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Diploma/BE Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per month
