Skills:
Familiar with chemical and mechanical testing of raw materials.
Familiar with calibration procedures of various instruments.
Familiar with ASME BPVC, Piping and BPE codes.
Conversant with WPS, PQR and WPQ activities.
Conversant with various inspection technique.
Familiarization with ISO 9001 standard will be added advantage.
Familiar with machinery manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals industry will be given advantage.
Responsibilities:
Quality inspection of incoming materials, In-process items and final goods.
Prepare Quality assurance/control plans and inspection procedures.
Prepare and maintain all routine and type inspection reports.
Inspection visit at vendor's factory.
Review of technical documentation for incoming goods.
Training of Production technicians and Inspection engineers for good manufacturing practices and SOPs.
Monitor rejections.
Maintain monitoring instrument calibration records and Welding / Welding operator's qualification records.
Review of codes to design inspection guidelines.
Welding and piping inspections.
Basic electrical control panel inspection.
Factory acceptance test of machines.
Technical documentation of project.
Quality management system documents preparation and implementation.
Review customer complaints and ensure CAPA has been implemented.
