Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality processes across production, ensure adherence to standards, conduct inspections, handle non-conformities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and supervise in-process, first-piece, and pre-dispatch inspections. Allocate and coordinate tasks for quality inspectors. Stop/hold non-conforming production and initiate corrective actions. Manage receiving inspection for applicable items. Address internal & external customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Ensure proper documentation, calibration, and maintenance of quality records. Review control plans, inspection methods, and process parameters. Participate in quality meetings and report deviations. Maintain segregation and disposition of NC materials. Support PPAP, FMEA, and other quality system activities.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of manufacturing & quality processes. Knowledge of quality tools: Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to lead a team and drive corrective/preventive actions.
