Job Summary:

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and products meet established quality standards and specifications. The role involves implementing quality assurance and control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with project teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project's

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

procedures and documentation. Review and interpret

drawings, specifications, and standards

to ensure compliance. Conduct

inspections, audits, and tests

of materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify conformance. Prepare and maintain

inspection reports, test records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports),

and other quality documentation. Monitor and ensure adherence to

ISO 9001

or relevant quality management systems. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters. Support project teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in training personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Review supplier quality documentation and ensure material certifications and traceability.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering/Dip (Civil,or related field).

Experience:

3+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in residential Familiarity with

ISO standards

,

QA/QC procedures

, and

inspection/testing methods

. Well Knowledge in Civil & MEP Works.
Reports & documents Filing (NCR, Site visit Reports)

Proficiency in

MS Office

, and familiarity with

QA/QC software or ERP systems

is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
