Quality Assurance & Control

Implement and monitor

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures

at site. Ensure construction work complies with

approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards

. Conduct

stage-wise inspections

for civil works (RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, etc.). Prepare and maintain

Inspection Test Plans (ITP)

and checklists. Identify quality deviations and raise

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

; track corrective and preventive actions.

Material Quality Management

Inspect incoming materials and ensure they meet

approved samples, specifications, and test standards

. Coordinate with laboratories for

material testing

(concrete, steel, blocks, sand, aggregates, etc.). Maintain records of

test reports, approvals, and rejections

.

Execution & Site Coordination

Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors

to ensure quality execution. Guide site teams on

correct construction practices and quality benchmarks

. Verify workmanship during execution and before consultant/client inspections.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain QA/QC documentation including: Inspection reports Test results NCR logs Snag lists & closure reports Prepare

daily/weekly quality reports

and submit to Project Manager/QA Head. Assist in

handover documentation

and final quality audits.

Safety & Compliance (Quality-linked)

Ensure quality processes align with

safety standards and statutory requirements

. Support audits and compliance checks by internal/external agencies.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

civil construction methods and quality standards

Understanding of

IS codes and construction specifications

Eye for detail and problem-solving ability Good coordination and communication skills Documentation and reporting skills

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience

2-6 years

of experience as QA/QC Engineer or Site Quality Engineer Experience in

residential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
