Establish and maintain quality control procedures at project sites.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and resolve quality-related issues and suggest corrective actions.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to ISO, IS, ASTM, and other relevant quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance audits.
Process Improvement:
Monitor production and construction processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality specifications.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to address quality concerns.
Provide training to workers on quality control procedures and best practices.
Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to management.
Safety & Risk Management:
Ensure that safety and quality protocols are followed on-site.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Investigate quality-related incidents and suggest corrective measures.
