Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with production standards.
Inspect in-process operations in the factory to ensure quality compliance.
Conduct final inspections with quality documentation.
Perform regular testing (e.g., Butterfly, snap test).
Conduct regular production line checks to ensure quality control.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and requirements.
Conduct in-process inspections to monitor product quality at different stages.
Perform final product inspections for quality, functionality, and packaging.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results.
Coordinate testing activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Handle rejected materials, ensuring proper segregation and documentation.
Ensure production processes comply with internal and external quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production quality.
Maintain checklists for all operations.
Update QC log regularly for vendor inspection processes.
Attend weekly & monthly reviews with Lead QA/QC.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering OR B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control.
Experience in the fabrication industry, Manufacturing or with facade experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
