Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer

to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout project execution. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and control in construction, fabrication, or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process activities, and final outputs. Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents including inspection reports, test plans, and material certificates. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for quality-related matters. Assist in third-party inspections and audits as required. Monitor and enforce adherence to industry codes, safety, and quality regulations. Support internal quality training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (as applicable). 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication sectors. Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection/testing methods. Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic quality tools. Willing to travel to project sites if required.

Preferred Background:

Experience in infrastructure, fabrication, EPC, or industrial projects.
