is a 45 year old heavy diversified fabricator based out of Badlapur, Dist. Thane. We are a national award winning Defense Equipment Supplier registered directly with all 3 armed forces. We also manufacture process equipment such as storage tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, and structural equipment such as girders, pre-fabricated structures, mining equipment

We have 3 units in Badlapur totaling 15000 sq meter of fabrication space. We are TQM certified and are a young team of 20 engineers and 250 workmen. We are constantly looking to expand our headcount, projects and geographic coverage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

QA/QC Engineer - Static Equipment

to support ongoing fabrication and inspection activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance as per applicable codes, standards, and project requirements for static equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform QA/QC inspection activities for static equipment such as

Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Storage Tanks

Review and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, QAPs, and inspection procedures Conduct and supervise

T activities Ensure compliance with

ASME, ASTM

, IS, and customer specifications Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and production teams for quality control Review welding qualifications

(WPS, PQR, WP

Q) Verify material test certificates (MTCs) and inspection reports Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients during inspections Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective and preventive actions Support final inspection, testing, and dispatch clearance

Mandatory Requirements:

NDT Level II Certification (Mandatory)
o Radiographic Testing (RT)

o Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

o Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC for static equipment

Hands-on experience with:
o Heat Exchangers

o Pressure Vessels

o Storage Tanks

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of static equipment fabrication and inspection Familiar with inspection tools and testing methods Ability to read and interpret drawings, codes, and specifications Good documentation and reporting skills Effective coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering /Diploma in Mech Experience working in fabrication or manufacturing industry Familiarity with client and third-party inspection processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
