Job Description

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems at site Inspect ongoing construction works (RCC, finishing, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, etc.) Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ Conduct material inspections and ensure quality of incoming materials Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to rectify quality issues Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and test reports Monitor workmanship standards and ensure compliance with IS codes and safety norms Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Participate in audits, inspections, and snag list clearance before handover

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and IS codes Hands-on experience in high-rise residential / commercial projects Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good coordination, reporting, and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and QA/QC formats

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 3-8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects
