We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented
QA/QC Engineer
to manage quality assurance and control across all stages of our projects. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements through systematic inspections, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures as per project and client standards.
Conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure work quality.
Review and verify test reports, inspection records, and material certifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality matters.
Document non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain QA/QC documentation and prepare periodic reports and presentations.
Liaise with external auditors and inspectors as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
10-15 years of proven experience in QA/QC within industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of IS codes, inspection techniques, and quality systems
Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software
Industries:
Candidates with prior QA/QC experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
Civil Construction Projects
Industrial Projects
Process Plant Projects (Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Sectors)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with document control and quality management systems
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
