Job Description

Position Overview:

The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all geotextile or plastic products meet the required quality standards, customer specifications, and ISO compliance. The role includes overseeing inspections, testing, documentation, and continuous quality improvement within the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

quality inspections

for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Ensure compliance with

ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)

, quality procedures, and documentation. Conduct

testing of geotextile/plastic materials

(GSM, tensile strength, thickness, UV resistance, etc.). Maintain and update

QA/QC documents

, including test reports, calibration records, and inspection checklists. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Coordinate with the production team to address deviations and corrective actions. Prepare

Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

and track corrective/preventive actions. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Assist in

internal audits, supplier audits

, and ISO audit preparation. Ensure all quality procedures are followed for

packing, labeling, and dispatch

. Communicate quality-related issues to management and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as QA/QC Engineer in

Geotextile or Plastic manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

ISO quality management systems

. Hands-on experience with material testing and certification requirements. Good documentation and analytical skills. Ability to understand engineering drawings and product specifications. Must be able to

speak and understand English

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
