for solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS materials.
Prepare and implement
Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Inspection Plans (QIP), and Method Statements

Conduct
pre-installation, in-process, and post-installation inspections
at site.
Monitor installation activities including:
Module mounting and alignment
Structure erection and torque verification
DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection system
Support
testing and commissioning
activities:
String testing
Insulation Resistance (IR) test
Continuity test
IV curve testing and inverter checks
Raise
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
and ensure effective
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients on quality-related matters.
Maintain and control
quality documentation
, checklists, test reports, and as-built records.
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
.
Support internal, client, and third-party
quality audits and inspections
.
Ensure integration of
quality and HSE requirements
at the project site.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
solar PV systems
(Utility-scale / Rooftop / Ground-mounted).
Good understanding of
QA/QC processes, inspection techniques, and documentation
.
Working knowledge of
IS / IEC standards
applicable to solar projects.
Ability to read and understand
engineering drawings and technical specifications
.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in
Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
