Job Title- QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC professional with a strong background in

interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards,

compliance with project specifications, and delivering defect-free work across all stages of execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems, standards, and procedures for interior
design and fit-out projects.

Conduct inspections for materials, finishes, joinery, MEP integration, and site installations to
ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve
quality-related issues.

Monitor work execution to identify non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance
Reports) when required.

Prepare quality checklists, inspection reports, and documentation for each stage of work. Ensure all interior works (carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing,
HVAC integration, etc.) meet design, safety, and client standards.

Verify material approvals and ensure correct usage as per BOQ/specifications. Conduct snagging/de-snagging activities before project handover. Maintain updated QA/QC records and regularly report the quality status to management. Train site teams on quality standards, safety, and workmanship requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and workmanship standards. Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation, and compliance standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication and coordination skills with site and design teams. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in interior projects. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit (preferred).
Educational Qualification:

o Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
