Position: QA/QC Engineer - Civil/MEP (Residential, Interior & Finishing Works)
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Reporting To: Project Manager / Client / PMC Head
Role Overview
The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and control systems for civil, MEP, interior, and finishing works.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC systems, standards, and procedures.

• Participate in design reviews to integrate quality requirements.

• Collaborate with PMC team to perform audits and validate contractor QA/QC.

• Review contractor QA/QC plans, ITPs, and documentation.

• Verify quality of structural, MEP, and finishing works.

• Conduct mock-up inspections and ensure approvals before execution.

• Issue NCRs and track closure.

• Perform incremental checks and QC walk-downs.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects.

• Provide quality training for contractors and subcontractors.

• Collect and analyze quality inspection data for reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (QA/QC specialization preferred).

• 7-10 years of QA/QC experience in civil, MEP, and finishing works.
