Job Description

Quality Assurance Planning:

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for civil engineering projects.

Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to understand quality requirements and compliance standards.

Inspection and Testing:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities are performed according to quality standards and specifications.

Perform and oversee testing of materials and workmanship, including concrete, soil, asphalt, and other construction materials.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities.

Quality Control:

Monitor and control construction processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related concerns.

Compliance and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

Training and Development:

Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹276,596.62 - ₹1,282,967.46 per year
