Engineering company located in Bhiwandi, Mumbai urgently required candidate for QA/QC Engineer Education: BE/BTech - Chemical / Mechanical Skills: Good Communication Skills (English), Presentable, Eye for details Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Excel NDT level 2 is must Experience: 6 months to 5 years, experience Job description: Documentation, Detail Engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection, Fabrication of Heavy Structural Steels & equipment\xe2\x80\x99s (such as Heat Exchanger, Decanter, Cooler, Columns , Storage Tank, Bullet Tank, Chromatographer Column, Filters, Anthracite filters, Condensers, beams, Evaporators, Vacuum PAN, Super heaters, Agitators, Clarifiers, circulators, frames, pressure vessels, heavy Skids, Distillery column, Rafters and Backstays, Bracings ,Build up beams, Plate and pipe supports, etc.) for petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, cement plants, buildings, bridges, Ready mix plants, Glass plants, Steel plants, etc. Role & Responsibilities Knowledge of developing welding procedures for alloy, stainless & high tensile steels for manufacturing of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, etc. to various national & international codes. Design review, Project technical review, testing, QC procedure with referring ASME, TEMA, API, PD5500, ASNT, IBR codes. Ensure compliance to Code requirements by conducting actual inspection of raw material and fabrication stages and testing in Process Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s which are manufactured under reputed Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agency. Review, Prepare & Approve drawings, QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and MTO (Material Take-off) etc. in advance to understand the project requirement and ensure on time stage clearance at all levels. Prepare, Perform and update the all inspections and QA/QC activities. Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance while carry out all Quality control activities under TPI- s and demonstrate the same to clients during assessment audits. Preforming and record, maintain all type of calibration activities of various equipment. All Inspection, expediting, testing, documentation as per various codes, Client Requirements, Document requirement. Performing all over activities/ Role consisting of Quality, production, Inspection, Expediting, project departments. Inspection & work under various TPIA like \xe2\x80\x93 BEURO VERITAS, THYSSENKRUPP, UDE INDIA, TUV, SGS, ELECTROMECH, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9360,000.00 per year Benefits:
