Position : QA/QC Engineer Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Industry: Solar Project Experience Experience: 8-10 Years Location: CHENNAI, TN Roles & Responsibilities: Having minimum 08-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as mentioned below: To develop MQAP/QAP for supply items. Review of QA requirements for all packages and equipment for projects and implementation. Carry out vendor evaluation,assessment & Periodic Process Audit for product quality improvement process. Perform inspections at Manufacturing premises. Raise the inspection call letters and coordinate with TPIs on reports and dispatch clearances. Review & approval of MQAP/QAP for customer approval. Co-ordination with Internal and External customers for timely completion of Inspection activities. : Review and dispose off all minor and critical deviations observed in any equipment during inspection at manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s works, after Discussion with Engg./Head QA, if required. Review and approval of all quality documents submitted by Supplier. Generating MDCC to the contractors supplied materials. Obtaining MDCC from customers. Prepare status of approval of Quality documents and submit to QA Project Manager/Head QA as per MIS Schedule. Monitor & preparation and issue of IR and MDCC for all the supplied materials. Generating Supply DQR, Weekly report, MIS etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9274,681.06 - \xe2\x82\xb91,289,945.59 per year Schedule:
