Position

: QA/QC Civil Engineer - Soil Testing / Earthwork (Railway Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and supervise

soil classification tests

(grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, Proctor compaction, CBR, etc.) Implement and

monitor QC procedures in the field and lab

, ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives regarding

non-conformances

, corrective actions, and quality documentation Validate

field density/compaction testing

results and submission of test reports Assist in preparing

project quality plans

, inspection checkpoints,

audit participation

, and site inspections

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (preferably with specialization or hands-on exposure in geotechnical/soil mechanics) Prior experience in

QA/QC roles in large civil infrastructure or railway projects

, ideally with earthwork exposure Familiar with standard

laboratory and field test equipment and procedures

for soil investigations Good communication, documentation, audit support, and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
