Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC plans and protocols. Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential quality issues. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and reports. Provide training and support to site personnel on quality standards and best practices. Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or related field. Professional certification in QA/QC or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of

3-5 years of experience

in a similar role within the civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
