• Device a training plan to train the students on QA (Manual Testing, Automation testing, etc..) to crack QA fresher roles.
• Design and deliver content, PPTs, practice assessments, and Mock Tests.
• Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
• Take complete ownership of the successful completion of all the training modules.
• Skills
• Prior experience of 2+years in QA roles (1-year experience can be considered depending on skill set)
• Being a graduate from premier colleges like IITs, NITs would be an added advantage
• Working in top product companies or training institutes in the relevant field
• High empathy and a natural storyteller.
• Good communication skills.
• Native fluency in Telugu is an advantage

Job Overview

• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Salary: 7-10 LPA
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• 10 AM to 7 PM
