PRoSE is a Portfolio Construction and Rebalancing system used by SSGA Portfolio managers to manage the Liability Driven Investment (LDI) and solutions portfolios for rebalancing, managing exposures and client overlay strategies for commingled, separately managed and externally managed funds. This solution provides predefined trade rebalancing algorithms and future considerations helping the PMs on investment decisions. It interacts with trading, holdings, compliance, risk, custom benchmarks, funding ratio monitors, portfolio optimizer and various applications. Who we are looking for This is a QA lead role with responsibility for driving quality initiatives through the SDLC. The candidate will be an individual contributor owning the QA process of the application including the manual and automation for delivering exceptional quality products. The candidate should have solid experience in manual and automation testing of large scale applications, using cross-functional test frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, back-end integration and database levels. This individual will also be a subject matter expertise in QA to ensure best practices and enterprise standards for the test effort. What the candidate will be responsible for Own and drive the QA testing efforts in the PRoSE application. Own the automation regression test scripts using the tool Ranorex Abide the SDLC requirements on QA side and enable the best practices in testing Conduct integration, system testing of all minor and major deliverables. Coordinate for UAT working with the business Maintain all the QA artifacts and capture the evidence that can be traced using the requirement traceability. Close collaboration with the IT team and business stakeholders Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in IT industry as a QA lead Proven Experience in manual and automation testing Sound experience in the automation testing tool Ranorex Good experience to JIRA, Xray project management and testing artifacts tools Experience working within a financial institution, preferably within Front Office IT, with exposure to the business.
