Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

QA Tester

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through manual and/or automated testing. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, a good understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze system specifications and requirements Develop, document, and execute

test cases

test scenarios

test scripts

Perform

manual testing

(functional, UI, regression, smoke, sanity testing, etc.) Identify, record, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and resolve issues Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment Conduct post-release testing and validation Prepare detailed test reports and documentation Participate in

Agile/Scrum

processes, including daily standups and sprint planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field Knowledge of

SDLC

and

STLC

Basic understanding of

testing types

(functional, regression, performance, usability) Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools Good understanding of databases and ability to run basic SQL queries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
