B.E/B.Tech in Computer Sc and certification STLC or equivalent (mandatory)
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in SaaS-based environments.
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
STLC certification or equivalent (mandatory).
Proven experience in SaaS customer support (B2C and B2B).
Hands-on knowledge of quality assurance and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and system testing.
Ability to create, maintain, and update comprehensive test documentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for web and SaaS applications.
Maintain and continually update a robust regression test suite and feature-specific test scripts.
Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
Ensure product quality standards are met across B2C and B2B solutions.
Work closely with customer support teams to analyze issues and replicate customer-reported defects.
Define, collect, and present quality metrics that highlight product performance and progress toward quality goals.
Advocate for quality improvements and process enhancements across teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
