Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for executing manual test cases to ensure the

stability and functionality of the client's Salesforce solutions.

We need an individual with Salesforce experience as well as proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

We need an individual that can work in US hours (7.30 P.M. 3.30 AM IST) - NIGHT SHIFT (there is flexibility in start/end time) WFO- OFFICE NAVI MUMBAI, TURBHE.

LOOKING AT CANDIDATES WITH OWN TRAVEL CAPABILITIES. (TRAVEL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manually execute pre-written test cases for Salesforce features, integrations, and enhancements

- Validate functionality, usability, and regression impacts in sandbox and production environments

- Log, track, and retest issues using Jira, ensuring clear and complete documentation

- Document test results and findings in Confluence for reference and audit purposes

Qualifications:

- Salesforce Associate Certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce experience

- 1-2 years of experience in a QA, tester, or admin role with exposure to Salesforce

- Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality (objects, fields, flows, validation rules)

- Familiarity with Jira for test execution, and bug tracking

- Experience documenting QA processes or test evidence in Confluence

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
